Our mission is to nourish our neighbors in the fight against hunger. We envision a community where all people have access to the food they need today, and the fundamental resources to build a better tomorrow.

Partnering with nearly 300 community partners and meal programs, we source and distribute food and other resources to communities across Westchester, helping to ensure that none of our neighbors are hungry.

We have deeply-rooted relationships across the Westchester community — from community partners and meal programs, to manufacturers, farmers, and retailers who help us safely recover nutritious food to help our neighbors.

Getting food where it’s needed most
Getting nourishing food to the community requires a robust infrastructure and a high degree of coordination. We secure food and donations from national food and grocery manufacturers, retailers, shippers, packers, and growers, and from government agencies and other entities.

Food recovery is good for people and the planet
The food we safely recover doesn’t just change lives — it saves food from becoming waste, diverting millions of pounds from landfills.
