Senior Manager, Global Commercialization - New York, New York or Denver, Colorado
Western Union is on a mission to modernize its commercial capabilities from the strategy to the tools & technology we use to make decisions. In support of this mission, the Pricing team is looking for a versatile, analytical leader to enable the transformation of our $3+ Billion Retail Business. This person will be a member of the newly formed Commercialization team and report directly to our Global Commercialization Director.
The team has three clear mandates: Strategy & Growth, Capabilities & Enablement, and Operational Excellence. This role will have ownership and accountability of initiatives across all 3 mandates, including the design of new pricing packages for agents, the scaling of new pricing capabilities across multiple regions, and a new sales executive playbook. The Global team partners closely with our Local teams to integrate all aspects of our commercial decisions and deliver tangible results for the business.
A successful person in this role will have a strong analytical background, experience in a B2B environment, comfort working across geographies and business models to tailor the right solution to the teams.

Salary
The annual gross base salary range is $114,242 - $190,403 USD per year. Total on-target earnings include short-term and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
