Enterprise Agreement Regional Specialist East Coast

# of Openings - 2 (one covering Eastern US and the other covering Western US)

Summary

The Enterprise Agreement Regional Specialist will be responsible for developing, evangelizing, and selling Enterprise Agreements in the assigned region. Activities and responsibilities include working with various teams within Juniper (Software Transformation, Product Business Units, Sales Operations, Legal, and others) to further develop and enhance Juniper's EA offerings to its channel partners and customers. The candidate will also be responsible for creating awareness, educating, and training Juniper Sales and Juniper channel partners in the region, as well as collaborating with JFS Sales in structuring, negotiating and closing EA opportunities.

Background

The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with a minimum of 5-7 years' experience working for technology companies with a focus on growing recurring revenues through Enterprise Agreements. The candidate must have direct experience structuring, modeling, and selling EAs, a track record of success, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Reporting

The individual will report directly to the Sr. Director of Juniper Financial Services and have dotted line reporting to Area Sales VPs and Regional Sales Directors in the assigned region.

Minimum Salary: $272,000.00

Maximum Salary:$391,000.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $272,000.00 and $391,000.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper's pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
