A Station Attendant is responsible for preparing, assembling, and packing various food items for FFS Dept. A Station Attendant is also responsible for keeping the production areas in compliance with sanitation standards set Flying Food Group, FDA & USDA regulations. Other duties assigned by management.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Ensure and comply with all procedures related to proper food handling and packing.
Making sure all temperatures logs are properly being filled out and handed in.
Ensure good housekeeping methods are in place.
Ensure that KRT’s are met at all times.
Accurately complete and submit all paperwork on time.
Conduct totes Audit.
Report any discrepancies to a supervisor or manager immediately.
Perform all other duties as directed by the management team.
Will not leave until all of production is completed.
Job Qualifications:
Good hand-eye dexterity
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Must be able to stand & work in 32 - 38-degree temperatures
Must be able to read, write and understand English
