Job Summary
As the Project Manager (PMO), your primary responsibilities are to facilitate activities required to manage multiple cross company projects. This includes coordinating with departments at multiple levels across multiple areas of responsibility to ensure successful execution, tracking and reporting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create framework for defining projects, objectives and timeline
  • Manage project planning efforts and documentation
  • Lead project meetings and provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Collaborate with team members, executive leadership, clients, and other key stakeholders for efficient and successful project execution
  • Coordinate with cross functional teams related to scoping, work break-down, time estimates, project risks.
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Track deliverables and ensure project milestones are completed as planned to meet business goals and objectives.
  • Brief leadership on project status when requested
  • Coordinate with teams to resolve project blockers and ensure success
  • Maintain knowledge of issues and proposed resolutions

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management and managing complicated projects like FedRamp, product launches and internal cross company changes.
  • Exceptional program management skills and organizational skills
  • Ability to quickly change priorities and handle simultaneous tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Education and Certifications

  • Bachelor degree in related field
  • PMI PMP or related certifications preferred.

Pay Range Disclosure: The base pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to Qualifications, Geographical Location, Education/certifications, Experience, Skill Sets, Training, and other business and organizational needs.

A reasonable estimate of the current range for the position Project Manager a base is: $129,500 to $150,000.

This position may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary bonus program or commission plan, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
