Job Description

Aon is looking for a hybrid, Senior Associate Consultant in New York!

As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering solutions with our Consulting business group within the Strategy & Technology Group (STG) vertical in New York.

Most importantly we help our clients to turn insights into practical actions and into tangible returns.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Leading central initiatives, running project workstreams, and implementing strategic recommendations, leading team members, and mentoring colleagues outside of specific projects
  • Take a lead role on analysis, initial story building, production of reports, and other client goals
  • Responsible for the identification and communication of recommendations to clients
  • Develop proposals and create marketing and business development materials
  • Willing to travel (typically less than 20%)

Skills and experience that will lead to success:

  • Confirmed experience with 3+ years of professional experience in strategy consulting, enterprise strategy, or (re)insurance business development
  • Strong attention to detail and critical eye in leading work of junior analysts
  • Strong social skills with the ability to network and engage with all levels of team members (both internal and external)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint and Excel)

Desired Skills (not required, but would help you stand out!)

  • Experienced in Alteryx and other data analytics tools is a plus
  • Prior experience at prominent Advisory Firms/ Strategy Consulting Firms is preferred

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position is $74,600 to $110,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
