*The range provided is based on cost of living/geography and what we believe is reasonable in the market at the time of posting. This role may be eligible for annual bonus and annual merit increase, as well as long term compensation. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors.

This position will be responsible to prep tooling, machine set-up, and effectively problem-solve issues pertaining to thermoforming machines and processes.

• Strong technical, mechanical, or process experience is helpful.
• Quality workmanship and attention to detail is required to meet quality assurance procedures.
• Ensure tooling components are prepped prior to installation. Complete inspections of tooling before, during and after production run.
• Ensure tools are removed from machines, cleaned, and repaired (if necessary) before being placed into storage.
• Evaluate machine tooling processes to ensure correct installation for optimum performance and damage control.
• All tasks should be completed using strict adherence to Company safety policies and procedures.
• Compliance with Good Manufacturing Processes is a must.

• You should have effective oral, written and verbal skills.
• Able to work with a team in a positive and collaborative manner.
• Must be able to effectively troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently, while possessing strong analytical skills.
• Practical in-depth knowledge and experience of manufacturing equipment operations.
