As a Marketing Manager at Ultra Records, you will develop and implement innovative and effective marketing plans with a focus on Dance and Electronic artists.

What you'll do:
  • Provide support on marketing campaigns assigned to the extended marketing team (Product managers, international, digital, social media marketing, etc.)
  • Product manage robust, innovative and impactful marketing campaigns for our artist projects.
  • Participate in creative planning to create big marketing ideas and ensure a continuous flow of content surrounding each artist.
  • Serve as primary point of contact with artists and management regarding marketing activities for assigned artists.
  • Create marketing reports and communicate updates to brief teams on all release information and ensure results are communicated efficiently.
  • Work closely with artists and management, in partnership with the label's Marketing leadership, for campaign updates and communicate goals and plans for each release.
  • Partner with artists, managers, and all departments to create, maintain, and evolve artist brands.
  • Work with A&R and creative teams to gather all necessary assets to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Liaise with current and potential new marketing partners to expand artist reach. (i.e. PR, social media agencies, new fan engagement tools, etc.)

  • Creative thinker with a demonstrated ability to apply ideas strategically while working to a set budget and timeline.
  • Passionate music fan with broad knowledge of music & culture, but a specific specialization for Dance & Electronic music & culture.
  • Outstanding attention to organization and detail.
  • An excellent communicator and enthusiastic collaborator who works well with team members, external partners, and senior management.
  • Proficient with major social media platforms & understanding of the DSP landscape and associated strategy and new tech platforms.

The anticipated annual base salary does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
New York Pay Range
$63,000-$70,000 USD
