Job Summary:
The Escrow Operations Specialist position is responsible for assisting Peapack-Gladstone Bank business clients with training and ongoing inquiries regarding their usage with Peapack-Gladstone Bank's escrow sub accounting system and products.
The Escrow Operations Specialist will become a subject matter expert with all escrow systems and products and will provide technical support to hundreds of business clients. Escrow accounts include but are not limited to IOLTA, IOLA, Municipal, Landlord Tenant, 1031 Exchange, Title Companies, and Attorney Trust accounts.
This cohesive team also serves as a liaison with internal Peapack-Gladstone Bank Bankers, Escrow Sales, Fraud Prevention, and many other internal teams. Professionalism, responsiveness, and clear communication are essential qualities for this position.
