We are looking for a Project Assurance Representative to join our team in Bristol, PA! This role will provide initial and ongoing support in organizing and executing all Logistics related activities for new and ongoing studies.
What you'll be doing:
Pre-Study - Active involvement with the Project Assurance study team in determining all Logistics related parameters for a new study.
Study Initiation - Complete all Logistics related study set-up procedures for new studies and ensure the Project Assurance study team is informed of the set-up progress.
Study Maintenance - Monitor Logistics related progress of studies that have been set up and are currently active. Insure the Project Assurance study team is informed.
Study Completion - Monitor Logistics related closing procedures for studies that are in the process of being completed. Insure the Project Assurance study team is informed of this information.
Project Assurance Meetings - Be actively involved with the Project Assurance study team and attend and contribute to all meetings that pertain to assigned studies.
Equipment Programming - Complete the programming procedures for ECG units that are to be used at clinical sites in active or new trials.
Quality Control - Ensure a high level of accuracy is maintained with all Logistics production work and end products.
Shipping Duties - Complete the shipping procedures for packages that are to be sent to clinical sites in active or new trials.
Data Entry - Complete the input of Logistics equipment and supply inventory related movements along with other associated tracking data.
Metrics - Responsible for accurate entry of metrics on a daily basis.
What we look for:
A two or four-year degree desired US or equivalent work experience.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Must be accurate with attention to detail.
Familiarity with computer spreadsheets, word documents and databases. Must also be able to navigate through computer directories. Email and Internet usage is needed.
Good presentation skills and professional approach.
Must be dependable, and flexible to work additional hours as needed.
Ability to lift and pack equipment weighing up to 50lb or 20kgs.
