We're looking for a Senior Manager, Global Demand Generation to join our growing Global Demand Generation team and transform how we bring MongoDB to market. Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Global Demand Generation, the Senior Manager will lead the Global Demand Generation strategy that is central to orchestrating global campaign execution with regional peers in North America, EMEA, and APAC. The Senior Manager will manage a small team to 1/ develop a global webinar strategy that aligns with overall business goals and messaging, consistent execution, globalization, analyzing performance metrics and improving overall effectiveness 2 / support campaign managers in planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels such as digital, social media, email, and traditional media and 3/ drive global scale while working in a coordinated and collaborative way with peers in Global Integrated Campaigns (GIC) and Field Marketing.
This role will also work closely across marketing including but not limited to Digital & Growth Marketing, Dev Rel, Strategic Marketing, Partner Marketing, Product Marketing, and Customer Success. This is a critical role for the company that will greatly impact the business.
