Physicist II. Provide clinical physics services to support all technical aspects of radiation oncology procedures to ensure safe, effective delivery at 3 Montefiore facilities in Bronx NY. Use Geant4/TOPAS to evaluate dose enhancement. Perform algorithm development using C/C++, C#, Python, ROOT (Data analysis). Perform nuclear interaction simulation for particle therapy, electronic & HDR Brachytherapy dose distributions. Supervise/Assist in radiation training of medical and medical physics residents. MS in Medical Physics. Completion of 2-yr Therapeutic Medical Physics residency at CAMPEP approved Radiation Oncology Medical Physics Residency program. Qualify for American Board of Radiology ABR Board Certification or able to sit for ABR Board Exam III. Qualify for NYS Medical Physicist - Therapeutic Radiological license.
