Job Description
What this job involves: Provide support of Integrated Facilities and Property Management clients and internal stakeholders related to optimization of JLL managed services operations and sourcing strategies.

Responsible for developing supplier and operational intelligence of services operations; leading, and executing commodity sourcing strategies for local, regional, and national initiatives for facility and project services. Candidate will identify and lead appropriate field resources to execute initiatives, manage supplier relationships as it relates to administrative and operational activities and issues, and ensure contracting and procurement standards are maintained throughout the portfolio. What your day-to-day will look like:
Be subject matter expert in support of JLL sourcing strategies, supplier relationships and program management.
Closely participate in and with clients and Jones Lang LaSalle Sourcing, Facility and Property Management teams to drive both immediate and sustained benefits to the client.
Perform periodic market trend analysis in the specific categories; analyzing supplier base, industry changes, etc. Report analysis to Supply Chain and business stakeholders in a client ready form.
Responsible for implementation, coordination and communication of regional and national programs.
Create and manage supplier contracts and upload to applicable systems
Monitor COI compliance and coordinate with suppliers to ensure all limits are adhered to per client requirements.
Provide management, instruction and follow-up in support of operations teams RFP/bid, contracting and operational processes. Be proactive and manage internal and external customer expectations.
Ensure compliance to JLL's sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, risk management programs, and ethics.
Establish work priorities, assign deliverables and resolve issues with Operations teams, temporary help and/or project-specific dedicated personnel to assure client satisfaction, customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular market and spend analysis programs to drive cost savings and supplier improvements
Review and analyze data to make effective business decisions and recommendations to the client(s).
Conduct local and regional Supplier Performance review meetings and manage supplier scorecards, SLA/KPI compliance and calculate possible fees at risk.
Build transparency of Supplier spend and key risks related to our suppliers. Lead reporting of results and opportunities
Establish relationship with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure all contractual terms and conditions comply with standard or other contract changes and are formally reviewed and approved by legal/risk management.
Support and assist development of diversity and sustainability programs in accordance with clients and company requirements. Mentor/educate suppliers through meetings.
Support Category Management team's supplier relationship and performance programs with key suppliers.
Participate and provide leadership to Preferred Supplier performance review meetings.
Support JLL e-commerce procurement initiatives.

Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university and 3+ years strategic sourcing or related experience.

Required Skills and Experience:
Excellent Inter-personal skills, Organization skills, Strong Analytical Ability, Proven ability to lead teams in decentralized environment.
Excellent communication skills - oral and written.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multi-tasked assignments and strict timelines.
Understand legal documents with familiarity in the contracting and COI compliance process.
Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS Office applications
